Sailing Event pricing
We will guarantee you, that the future retail price will never be lower, than the retail price you pay when you book an event.
If the future retail price is ever reduced below the retail price you have already booked and paid, we will credit you for the difference. That’s our Best Price Guarantee for all bookings made after 1st May 2025.
From time to time, we may run promotional offers for a fixed period of time. These are excluded from the retail price guarantee.
If you book an event and then cancel prior to departure for any reason, 100% of your registration fees paid will be credited and transferred to another event of your choosing. All prices are in NZD or AUD. Payment by debit card, credit card, PayPal, Stripe and direct deposit available.
Volunteer Delivery Crew / owners relocation passages
Description: Sometimes we need to relocate a vessel between ports, on a non-commercial basis. You get the opportunity to join the passage as a volunteer, at a shared cost price for that voyage. We are legally only allowed to share the direct expenses related to the voyage e.g. professional crew wages, event provisions, fuel, compliance fees, marina fees, travel, meals and anything else directly related. We are not allowed to include any other business operational expenses, for people or costs not related directly to the passage or a profit margin.
Available for: These opportunities are available 3-5 times per year when we need to relocate vessels that are operating outside of survey temporarily.
Pricing: These are generally at 50-80% discount off normal event retail prices. No further discount is available.
Note: Members discounts and sailing credits are applied using full retail as the base. No further discounts or credits can be used on Delivery Crew / Owners Passages.
